MAITECHBOX is a web application created for monitoring wear and providing complete management of OTR and INDUSTRIAL tires.
No software or app installation is required, as it runs directly on a web platform. This allows access—via login credentials—from any device connected to the network.
By entering consumption data (tread wear) and all other information related to tire condition (irregular wear, accidental damage, etc.), and matching it with operating hours and tire management costs, the system automatically calculates the hourly yield—an essential figure for identifying the ideal tire for each machine and its intended application.
The application updates in real time as data is entered. Users can generate statistics and download data in various file formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.) for further processing based on their needs.
The application is continuously evolving with the implementation of new features. Soon it will also support automatic detection—via IR hardware—of tire condition, tread wear, and pressure. By interfacing directly with the application, it will provide a complete overview of tire status, even remotely, enabling timely intervention when necessary.
